What data we process and why
We only process the data you voluntarily provide by phone, WhatsApp or email (name, phone, address and description of the requested service) for the sole purpose of preparing quotes and delivering the contracted services. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention and recipients
Data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and legal retention periods. We do not share data with third parties except under legal obligation, nor do we make international transfers.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@catalunyaservei.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
